Saint magic power is omnipotent

A charming isekai tale about a woman’s magical entrepreneurship in a saint magic power is omnipotent world--which inspired the anime, in English from Funimation! (And don’t miss the manga, also available from Seven Seas.) Could workaholic office lady Sei be a legendary Saint? Not according to the crown prince of another world who summoned her and quickly declared a different girl was the real Saint! That suits Sei just fine—she would much rather spend her days quietly helping people with her unbelievably powerful magic.

But how long can Sei live her ideal life of leisure before her true nature is revealed? • Publisher ‏ : ‎ Seven Seas; Illustrated edition (November 24, 2020) • Language ‏ : ‎ English • Paperback ‏ : ‎ 270 pages • ISBN-10 ‏ : ‎ 1645058506 • ISBN-13 saint magic power is omnipotent : ‎ 978-1645058502 • Reading age ‏ : ‎ 13 - 17 years • Item Weight ‏ : ‎ 7.4 ounces • Dimensions ‏ : ‎ 5 x 0.71 x 7.12 inches • Best Sellers Rank: #254,369 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books) • #641 in Shojo Manga (Books) • #844 in Teen & Young Adult Light Novels • #1,329 in Romance Manga (Books) • Customer Reviews: Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Learn more how customers reviews work on Amazon This was a very frustrating book to read as nothing happens until the last 10% of the book.

This book would have been fine if it were on Kindle unlimited or if it cost $2 or $3, but it is not worth the 9 bucks I paid for it and have no hope for the next book even though there's nowhere else to go but up as this book truly is the pits. Spoiler warning First of all, none of the royals or nobles came to apologise for the prince's until the end of the book and almost a year later even though they claim to be super worried she'll leave the kingdom and they'll do anything to improve her impression of them.

She shows no interest in the other much younger and more impressionable girl that was also summoned with her, not even thinking about her unless someone else brought her up in conversation, even though 86% of the way through the book she claims to have been worried about her and now can't stop thinking about her and worrying about her.

Secondly, throughout the whole book she supposedly has a talent and hobby for taking care of herbs and making skincare products and cooking, but none of it is ever described. The author just says she does it, and the reason is the author never actually looked into how any of this is done which is evidenced by the fact that she apparently waters her herb garden daily which will kill most plants, especially some of the ones they named in the book like lavender which should only be watered once a week or so.

Then the author has her act like she's a teenager for some reason, especially when it comes to love and relationships where she can't accept the thought of somebody liking her in a romantic sense. If the author wanted to write about an immature character he could have written about the teenage girl that was summoned along with Sei.

And now for her status as the saint. Even though it is shown every time she pulls up her stats that she has the title of saint her, level is 55, her holy magic level is INFINITY, and her mana and health are in the thousands she still acts as if she's a commoner completely ignoring her holy magic saint magic power is omnipotent and her regular level and the title saint.

In fact holy magic level and overall level aren't even mentioned until like the last 10 or so pages of the book and her title of saint is never mentioned period. It's fine if she wants to pretend that she's a nobody and hide her power, even though tons of people are dying from these monsters, and live a normal life, but you have to at least have her acknowledge the things that she's seeing with her own eyes even if it's just a thought that's relayed to the reader and is never said out loud, otherwise she just looks incredibly stupid for not noticing the obvious abnormality that is her status.

What, did she think that a level of INFINITE is normal?! This book was a huge let down. I will not be getting the next one, and unless the price drops I wouldn't recommend anyone buys it.

Unless you enjoy reading filler for 90% of the first book. This is the story a reluctant heroine who hears the call of adventure, studiously ignores it because she'd rather live a quiet and peaceful life, and yet gradually moves toward accepting her calling anyway. Sei, an overworked office lady in her mid to late twenties, is summoned to another world through a ritual to call forth a Saint.

But the ritual brings in two people, and the prince in charge quickly decides the other girl must be the Saint, and totally ignores Sei thenceforth. You can guess at this point who the real Saint is. Although Sei learns that she is the Saint fairly early on, she steadfastly refuses to acknowledge this information, even in her own first-person narration. The rest of the story is a chill, lighthearted tale of how Sei adapts to her new world, grows closer to its people, and starts to accept and reveal to others that she's the Saint.

I thought this volume was excellent and I look forward to the next one. Honestly, I wish it were longer. The understated heroine with her yummy knight, along with not one, but two, orders of devoted knights trailing behind her tickled me. Especially after the vapid, true to form, prince ignored her entirely in favor of her perky handmaiden instead.

Saint, my left foot, he just choose the cute girl close to his age. His father should have laid waste saint magic power is omnipotent him for his rudeness. It almost cost the kingdom their saint. I worry about the future of the kingdom under the prince's reign. Please publish the next novel! I can't wait to read it! The book is more or less what I expected, a short entertaining light hearted story.

A young office lady is summoned together with a second much younger girl. Ignored, she is angry at first, but soon realizes it is fine since it allows her to life a relatively normal life. Her magic is quite powerful though and her naivity on the world and kindness make it difficult to keep her powers hidden. The story is fairly typical, but I liked the characters even if some of them are a bit too kind considering their position and the circumstances of the world.

Sometimes a bit of sweetness is great. We don't get to see much of the world, nor is there any action. The translation felt a bit awkward at times, but it was not often and might be because English is not my native language either. I contemplated giving it 3 stars, because it isn't very original, but I realized I enjoyed it too much. Curious about the next part. Not sure whether I want to see a bit more true of true human nature or like things to remain a fairy tale.

Been on a light novel kick and this one really pulled me in, read it in 1 or 2 days. I like the female lead, she's an adult who is mature and acts responsibly. When she gets angry I think it is fully justified in context of the story, but she's also kind and forgiving without being a doormat. She follows news of the high school girl that was also summoned and being trained as the Saint.

I'm bummed there's no direct saint magic power is omnipotent between the two in this volume and I'm looking forward to seeing how they meet and things go between them in the future. I like the supporting characters that actually play a role and her ability to build healthy work and social relationships with people of both genders and any social class. Saint magic power is omnipotent think it just goes to show her maturity and caring nature. Her internal struggles of wanting to not care and be free to do her own thing vs.

not being able to ignore people in trouble makes her realistic and likeable. Over all the story does have a slow pace, not a lot of action in this first volume. It is setting up the world, powers, and developing our female lead and her allies and potential enemies. I found it intriguing and am excited for the second volume. I picked this light novel up on a whim, but I really enjoyed it.

The main character saint magic power is omnipotent adorable and naive. The supporting characters seem fairly wholesome too. (So far) There's a romance sub plot developing it seems, which appears to be a slow to develop line over several books if the pacing here in volume 1 is any indication. I loved reading this amd I want volume 2 already!

Meine Empfehlung!

And everyone prefers the second girl saint magic power is omnipotent Sei?! But this is just fine by Sei, who leaves the royal palace to set up shop making potions and cosmetics with her newfound magic.

Business is booming, and this might not be such a bad life, after all…as long as her supposed Sainthood doesn’t come back to haunt her. Melody0 Jun 13, 2021 7 I just want to clarify before I begin this review that I didn’t hate this anime.

Granted, it wasn’t my favorite, but it wasn’t necessarily bad either. My main issue was it was just a little too boring for me. When I read the summary of the book I expected a little more mystery and intrigue, and instead a lot of the times it was like being in the mind of a teenage girl who just discovered boys.

Although it still is a good anime and I will countinue to watch it. Also pls keep in mid I writing this review after watching only 7-8 episodes. TheRogueNob Jun 22, 2021 6.5 It seems a lot of people really didn't like saint magic power, and I'm right there with them. So yes it is a slice of life, romance, fantasy isekai yes that is a mouthful and that is really all it is.

And most people were probably expecting more. But it has the same that each of those genres have saint magic power is omnipotent bundled in to one package. Is it bad? No but it probably shouldn't be on the any urgent want to watch list. Still give it the 3/4 epsiode try and if you really like where it's going the stick with it if your a bit indifferent or worse then just drop it there's really no wow factor here. I'll do a short detailed review for the more curious, spoiler free for those allergic to spoilers first the animation is pretty solid and consistent, but again shows in general have gotten way better since 2020 so it feels hard to choose higher or lower.

It's still quality though Next is the sound which is same old same old generic sound and the occasional bird chirp nothing stands out. for the characters this is where a major issue stems from, we have for the most part some really interesting characters with good backstorys and compelling scenes but then they blow it away and push it under the rug so they can focus on cliches girl gets WAY to nervous around guy love interest.

She's a grown ass woman getting nervous like a teenager with her first crush. It was a huge hamper. finally the story there really wasn't any it was a slice of life but its a isekai fantasy abliet with a generic magic system but it's at least tries to show it but it's and is void of ANY story propellant after I think episode 6 it's just becomes saint+love interest and friends. And also the romance thing goes absolutely no where (shocker) So stuffing this saint into a box and forgetting about I'd have to say it's another example of a show that could've been better but does nothing and in a bad way.

For those who are bored then sure give it a watch but otherswise I would just skip it it's not worth the time well that was longer than expected but hey if you made it this far thanks for the read and have a good day!

abbyishere4manga Jun 27, 2021 5 Read the manga skip the anime. The anime is boring, nothing happens, no personalities, a short read to read when you're not bored as it will make it worse, and this anime is the definition of boredom. For starters I can't tell you much about the anime, I've watched everything and it's plain, dull, and the worst anime I've watched this year! Art is fine, not the greatest quality but nothing terrible about it.

I still dont know the plot or the characters even after all of this. Even if you enjoy slice of life this is too melodramatic!
Sei, a 20 year old office worker was summoned to a different world after finishing some overtime work. But the person who had summoned her looked at her face and said, “This is not the Saint.” Is this neglect play!?

Sei left the royal palace and concealed her saint title. She started working at a laboratory where she made potions and cosmetics. She used her magic to grant people’s requests and slowly people began suspecting that she was a saint… Can Sei enjoy her slow dreamy different world life without her saint title being found out?!

You should give them a visit if you're looking for similar novels to read. Alternatively, you can also create your own list. • fantasy themed • female mcs (jp) • Female MC • The Stories I Read • Novels I personally like (2) Just what you'd expect from a transported to another world story but the pacing feels much faster so more things happen so if you're craving transmigration story, I'd recommend this.

Character's are a bit simple but have their own quirks as we get to know them more and more, translation from cloudytl is quite smooth and pleasant to read as well. Very pleasant read like a nice light-hearted snack~ very light slice of life. I don't mind light stories and I don't mind slice of life, but put it together with shoujo and isekai and all I can do is shrug and give up. For my own part, I'm left wondering how I even arrived at this story as the MC has typical shoujo heroine traits that I find irritating and this is not the kind of story I normally read.

i kept waiting for the MC to lose her temper or at least tell someone, anyone, "no." she is . more>> kind, overly trusting, innocent despite her age, hardworking, selfless, and cannot say no to anyone. She's better than the total carpet personality but not by much; typical white lotus, Japanese version. I know she's a saint an all but really, that personality drives me nuts. I guess I'm just not good at reading stories with saint magic power is omnipotent MCs; I prefer my female MCs saint magic power is omnipotent be strong and independent and able to stand up for themselves.

But not the methodical, logical, developed kind of research. Just lightly mentioning the MC reading books about plants, looking for way to create new potions. There is a skill system like in a game, but it's barely used. It's a slice of life, with a focus . more>> on producing HP potions and only this kind of potions, and sometimes learning about other stuff in passing.

It has the vibe of an otome game, with many ikemen there and there. But in terms of romance it's lukewarm: [collapse] Lastly, the MC is the typical Japanese polite modest workaholic shy person.

Nothing new there. At first she seemed different but she falls in this pattern quite soon. Looking back on the whole 3 volumes I read today and yesterday, almost nothing happened action wise. Every time a seemingly embryonic beginning of plot seems to be introduced, it leads nowhere. MC takes intense dance lessons to prepare for balls and the social season where MC will be introduced to the noble society, dances once with the ML as a training, then balls are never ever mentioned again.

MC learns to enchant items, she gift one to ML, then enchantment stopped being mentioned. Crown Prince makes serious blunders that could endanger his inheritance right, factions supporting the 2nd Prince are mentioned, then Crown Prince got grounded and the overall situation was never spoken of. Even though it's related to the whole stability of the kingdom.

A very refreshing and easy read. There's no overt antagonists or any sort of angst so it flows very smoothly. The characters are nice and developed enough to not be one dimensional.

Sei is a nice heroine who's OPness doesn't grate and is genuinely just trying to live a relatively simple life but has a good heart and a go-with-the-flow attitude that sometimes ruins her own plans lol. The romance is very cute and the fluff livens up the story. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable transmig novel that does very well . more>> within the established cliches. <

I fell in love first with the manga since it follows the novel very faithfully, so when I read the novel. it's just magnified my love for this work. A good world building, not too fast and not too ridiculous with the OP. Saint magic power is omnipotent slow romance. A female protagonist with strong mentality.

An isekai protagonist that doesnt pour all her native (or should I say Japan) delicacy and insist them. A refreshing one to read, story is pretty good, characters also pretty good except the MC. The MC is totally my ideal how a girl should be! If I have to say, so far the story indeed a bit slow and focused entirely on MC and her new environment, but I think this will be over soon because the Saint job is about cleaning miasma around the kingdom. About as interesting as wet toast.

There is no spice in it at all, ironic since it's also one of those novels with the plot of "this other world's cuisine has no flavor so I'm going to save them with spices even though realistically they probably wouldn't really like that." Hilariously, some Japanese reviews call this the female "Kenja no Mago." TLDR: This is a slice of life shojo isekai with an OP MC and basically no conflict.

If you like that kind of thing go ahead. People say MC is strong . more>> and refreshing since she is an adult woman who isn't like those other shojo isekais where the MC are pure hardworking young girls. I say she is exactly like those MCs, just aged up.

She might be "strong" for easily adapting and not going along with every single thing (she is pretty passive, and you could argue she is just as overworked in this world as she is in her old world, just without the physical and mental consequences), but I say that's just the author not wanting to deal with saint magic power is omnipotent realistic emotions and just wanting to get to the OP and "romance" parts.

(Seriously there's one scene where she's just like "yeah I kinda miss my family and old world but I get used to things quickly so *shrugs*") Really reads like the author just put that in so no one would comment about it. As for the romance, do not expect anything. There's no chemistry or significant development, just the LI being a typical knight and the MC getting flustered over everything, which gets old fast. They don't have any conversations where they try to get to know each other and the LI is the most blank slate guy I've ever read.

His only role is to be the hot guy who is protective of MC and there's no mention about his history, hobbies, anything that would make him feel like an actual person. He has an older brother in an important position but we never see them interact. Every afterword would have the author blaming MC's inexperience for the slowness of the romance but I think the author just has no idea how to write this romance because there's nothing to really build off of.

This might change in later volumes saint magic power is omnipotent I wouldn't hold my breath. Worldbuilding? Non-existent. Really feels like the kingdom is just composed of castle, laboratory, one city, and everything else is covered in fog until the author decides the plot needs them to go to a new place.

Very video game like (don't get me started on the shoehorned in video game mechanics). No sense of danger even though they are supposedly in a crisis.

Everything is just made to support MC being OP. Other character interactions? Don't even bother. Almost everyone interacts with MC in the same bland way and have the same blandly nice personalities. It's nice that MC also has some positive female friendships but the female characters don't show up much. It's fine to have no plot in a slice of life but the characters have to make up for that.

The crown prince who is the only character with some personality gets pushed out of the plot quick (I think even he got neutered in the spinoff manga?). There is no plot. This is a slice of life after all. There is a small arc in the beginning but everything after that is pretty episodic. Combine this with boring characters and world and you have a real snoozer on your hands, Only saving grace of this whole series is Yuri tbh.

He is the only character I look forward to reading about and he is way too good for this series. Please get a spinoff and ditch these losers. <

I was worried at first because I thought it would be like most “wrong Hero/Saint” type themes, but I’m glad that it’s not like the usual, where the other “Hero/Saint/Summoned” became the antagonist or obstacle to the MC. Be warned though that the romance is super slow, you might even question if there’s romance at all.

Seriously, at the middle of the fifth volume and still nothing has happened between the assumed main CP. I like that in this . more>> story though. The manga adaptation is pretty good too but I’d prefer it as an anime if we’re talking about adaptations (is there an anime of this and I didn’t know?).

I like the MC and the male lead, and MC's relationship with the other summoned girl in here. MC can be quite OP, but she's very down to earth. For some maybe its slow paced, but I really enjoy reading it till the last chapter. It gives me this relaxing vibe when reading this ? If you love isekai that have heavier plot, more political issues, or . more>> even noticable saint magic power is omnipotent progress, I think maybe this LN is not your cup of tea.

It's a bit slow in the action at times - but I really like the story. Sei, the main female lead, is a nerd (fellow nerds, rejoice!) who is an office worker turned pharmacist/researcher. I appreciate how, though slightly OP in MP, she works hard and treats people genuinely. It is amusing to read the side stories from the other characters POV because although her actions seem rather normal it is fun to read from a "native" person's POV. Overall, a nice relaxing read of her everyday life and a .

more>> wonderful break from the wuxia that I have been reading lately with its blood and betrayal. <

Suddenly being in different world with all these monsters and magic stuff going on will definitely overwhelm me and if I'm left confused with everything I saint magic power is omnipotent just break down. The MC's strong in that aspect, that or my personality's just terrible. Anw, even though the MC said she wants . more>> to live a normal life, I guess secretly monitoring her is kinda.

wrong? Also, they've been giving her a lot of work. Her magic is inexhaustible, I give you that but is she a factory or something? She doesn't complain at, all. Well she's a saint, indeed.

I was little bit, just a tiny bit, irritated about the fact that she just accepts everything. I really feel bad while reading this rn. But since it stirs my feelings quite a bit, I think this novel is actually good. The romance is there, too.

I find it quite likable. I'm looking forward to the next chapters. <

The MC is a typical workaholic polite Japanese woman and so she feels flat sometimes. The romance is also super slow. Like really slow. Well it is a nice read to get rid of boredom. Nothing much special. So far the fluffy mush sets my heart aflutter with its cuteness and not pitting women against each other.

The protag is sweet but honestly overly naive for a person over 25. She acts as if she has never had a crush before let alone love. It was really adorable but the denial makes me want to pinch her face and ask if she isn't the high school girl. Don't get me wrong I really love the story so far, but I can only hope the slow burn doesn't take .

more>> another 4 volumes. <
